Pudding of bread with rum
It's been a while since I started preparing pudding and since I had some leftover bread today, I started doing it. It is a cheap and delicious dessert, besides that its preparation is simple.
There are many recipes on the net and I have been looking to see if there were any deferent but they are all more or less like I do, so what to change if I already know that it is good, and since I do not have it in the blog, it goes there. I like to aromatize it with liqueurs and fruits but today's only rum ..

Puding bread with rum
400 g. of milk
120 g. of sugar
A pinch of salt
110 g. of bread from the previous day
2 tablespoon of rum
Liquid caramel for the mold
We light the oven to 170º.
We put the milk with the sugar and the salt. We add the bread cut into pieces and mix to mix it (I crush it a bit) and we reserve
We beat the eggs with the rum and add the mixture with the bread and mix well.
We cover a mold of 1 liter capacity with caramel and pour the mixture. Put in the oven in a bain-marie for about 45 minutes, tightly covered with aluminum foil (I also put several kitchen papers on top of the aluminum). When the pinch with a needle or brochette comes out clean, it will be ready.
We take out the oven, let cool and unmold. We can serve with whipped cream, fruit ...
** I have done it in these rectangular molds and I have had them for about 40 minutes.I have come out 3 like the ones you see in the photos.
