Oatmeal Scottish cakes

2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup oat flakes
1/2 teaspoon of yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
60 gr. of melted lard and 1/2 cup of warm water

We preheat the oven to 180º.
We mix flour, oatmeal flakes, yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl. We make a hole in the center and put the lard and water.
Mix until the dough has consistency.
Place it on the table sprinkled with flour and extend it to form a square of about 30x30 cm. and about 3mm. of thickness approximately. We cut the mass in the form of rhombuses of 6 cm. We put the cake on a baking tray covered with vegetable paper and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool in the tray.
