I leave you a chicken recipe very rich and easy and with a scent of melissa that is a delight.

Chicken with lemon and saffron

6 chicken legs
Salt with Pepper
3 tablespoons of oil
1 onion
Some strands of saffron
2 lemons
375 ml. of vegetable broth
1 bunch of melissa

We wash the thighs and rub them with salt and pepper.
We roast them in the hot oil until they are well browned. We reserve.
Peel the onion, cut it into rings and sauté it in the pan with the fat of the chicken, until it is transparent. We incorporate the chicken again.
We wash the lemons well, we squeeze the juice from one and the other cut it into quarters. We add them to the chicken along with the broth and the saffron. Cover the pan and let it cook for 25 minutes
Serve the chicken with the melissa, chopped on top and accompanied by rice.
