Coconut Custard

Today's recipe is for the easy easy, but no less rich.A few days ago my husband asked me for a recipe that we saw in one of my books, but as almost always I changed everything and have very soft custard results that we liked a heap.

Coconut Custard

400 grs. of coconut milk and 200 grs. of skimmed milk
10 grs. of maizena
3 eggs
100 grs. of sugar
Grated coconut

We put all the ingredients in the glass of the thermomix and we program 7 minutes, 100º, speed 4.
We pour into glasses or bowls and sprinkle with grated coconut.

To make them in a traditional way we put a pot on the fire with the two kinds of milk (we will reserve a glass), add the sugar and let it heat but without it boiling. We chew the eggs well with the milk cup and the cornstarch (with the electric mixer better), and add to the hot milk.
We stir constantly so that it does not stick and when the mix thickens remove from the heat and pour into the glasses.
