Mango mousse

1 mango grandecito
Skin and juice of half a lemon
2 tablespoons of rum
300 grs. of condensed milk
3 egg whites
Raisins without seeds and walnuts to decorate

Peel and cut into pieces the mango, put it in the blender or thermomix.
Add the rum, condensed milk and the juice and the grated lemon zest.We chew well, until we have a homogenous mixture.
We mount the egg whites until stiff and add them to the cream with enveloping movements so that they do not fall.> Leave in the refrigerator until it is time to serve them.
We serve them by putting pieces of nuts and raisins on top.
